Felt we were probably leaving it too late for the 17th and anything closer to Beltane was probably a non-starter so we've booked Saturday the 8th of May. It's on the Forest Hall calendar and everything.

I'll make a Facebook and Myspace event for it in a few days but I thought we should get some bands and stuff lined up first.

Everything we said for the April party still goes. We need volunteers to take donations, make food, clean up afterwards (v. important and not as horrible as you might think) and just generally run around.

The Zorras might be available to play for us. Sandra Alland has emailed us saying that they're willing to make an exception and play QM for free so hopefully they'll be available on the 8th. Also they're selling an almost new mixer for £100. What's a mixer? I know nothing of these things.
